Cancellations

When you place an order at Fashion-Accessories.com, we start processing your order and usually have that the product available. The process of packaging, labeling and verifying the credit card and shipping information usually takes 48 hours. Once the order is approved and placed in shipping or pick-up status, it cannot be cancelled; usually after those initial 48 hours.

We try to make your purchase as pleasurable and easy as possible. That’s why Fashion-Accessories.com offers a two (2) day Limited Return Policy (see details below) starting on the day when the merchandise is received by a customer, so buy with confidence! You may return an item, excluding any shipping and handling charges, within a period of two (2) days according to the following return guidelines:

Return Policy

• Fashion-Accessories.com requires an email to returns@fashion-accessories.com within 48 hours of the delivery time for a store credit or exchange. We will issue a return authorization number, at which point you may return the product. Failure to email us or receive a return authorization number will prevent you from receiving any credit or refund for your merchandise.

• Refunds, exchanges and returns may only be made within those 48 hours of receiving your order. The merchandise must be returned in its original mint (brand new) condition and original packaging. If packaging has been opened, there will be a 10% restocking fee or $5.00 minimum.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipment costs are solely the responsibility of the customer and will not be credited or refunded by Fashion-Accessories.com. Please note that the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

• Please allow ten (10) days for credits to be posted to your account. This time frame starts from the moment when we receive the merchandise back from you.

• Unlike some websites, we do not build the shipping cost into our product. However, at times we offer free shipping. If you purchased an item that was subject to free shipping, we will charge you a 15% flat rate return shipping fee.

Damaged Merchandise / Manufacturers Defects Policy

• Fashion-Accessories.com takes all measures to prevent any damages or manufacturer defects. Our excellent product, packaging and shipping experience reduces the chances of damage. However, if damage does occur please adhere to the following procedures.

• You must notify us via email to returns@fashion-accessories.com of any damages or effects within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise. The subject line in the email must clearly identify your invoice number and the words “Damaged Merchandise.” Please explain the exact damages and provide us with at least one picture detailing the actual damage. Failure to notify us in writing within 24 hours of receipt of your merchandise, allows us to refuse the return and any applicable refunds. Note, we will not accept any claims after 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.

• Upon receipt of your email we will issue a return authorization number, at which point you may return the product. As soon as we receive the product in its original packaging, we will send you a replacement product identically to the original product. In case a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund for the value of the product.

Items not Subject for Return and/or Refund

• Return or order cancellations of special order are not subject to returns or refunds, unless damaged or defective, in which case they fall under the appropriate guidelines.

• Wholesale orders cannot be cancelled or returned under any circumstances. However, wholesale orders are covered under the damages or defective merchandise policy.

• Fashion-Accessories.com is not responsible for the repair or exchange due to consumer abuse.

• Clearance items, discontinued items, final sale items, or “as is” items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• International orders are not subject to this policy and are reviewed on a case by case basis.
